I feel a lot of good stuff happened early: finding 3 Wizards, 3 Dragons, great Ghosts in the capital (3 turn production), relatively fast kill on green, light blue hero died to a neutral city. But I lost 2 of the Dragons immediately, my best hero had to hold off yellow from taking my cities for about 25 turns and red put on quite the pressure.
