Hello again, since the announcement from a couple days ago with the discovery of a new diamond we have found that there were a total of 5 diamonds that weren't getting collected. Some of this is mainly because we had depended on a map resource on a website but it didn't show hidden diamonds that were behind blocks. I'm not sure if the map creator/website owner will ever address this (I have attempted contact), but I've gone ahead and uploaded some images that show the location of these in the guides section of the leaderboard.

The new diamond locations were;

Level 9 - 2 (totaling 3)

Level 10 - 2 (totaling 5)

Level 11 - 1 (totaling 5)

This means there are a total of 21 diamonds instead of the previous 16.

With this, submissions for All Diamonds has been re-opened.

Hello everyone, for those unaware it was brought to our attention that there was a diamond not counted for in the submissions, it was hidden behind blocks in Level 11 thus increasing the total amount currently by 1 and making all current submissions invalid.

Currently the community is going to spend a couple of days double checking through the levels for any others that may be hidden away that also wasn't displayed on the map resource from mariouniverse website.

Submissions will be closed until Thursday 6PM Central Time.

As you all have likely heard by now, Twitch is capping the highlights and uploads to 100 hours so that means if your channel has over 100 hours of content there is a risk that your video of your submission for VBWL could be deleted and I'd have to remove it. Twitch plans to do this starting April 19, 2025 and I'm requesting that if you have a run on the board to upload it to another video platform (YouTube even).

Because of this I'm not currently allowing any future submission from Twitch since their announcement. I apologize for the inconvenience, I also rather not have to do some housekeeping after April 19th of 2025 and download future runs to safeguard, I'm not a storage bank.

Remember, that your run is your responsibility to take care of and maintain at all times for the integrity of the leaderboard.
