I also had another question for speed running the game.

For the boss cars you can get from markers, Kenji and Wolfs car isn’t worth using since its worse then your car but could using Angies til you upgrade to the elise instead of using the Mazda be better? I know it would be RNG based but if lucky enough is it worth using it when you get it over the Mazda?

I'm currently speedrunning the game and i've turned off my speech volume but cops still seem to spawn during races, Is there any reason why or anyway to fix it?
