let me know if anything is incorrect. soon, all 4.0bc times will be removed, and all submitted runs must be done on the 4.1 version.

for now on, i ask all target test runners to submit their runs with only the in game time. real time is not necessary for target test, and doing this will make the level leaderboards much cleaner. you have to do no action for your previously submitted runs. i will manually go through them and remove the real time.
