1st.- No piglin brutes 2nd.- The pearl bartering trade with piglins reduced from 4.8% and 4 to 8 pearls (in 1.16.1) to 2.4% and 2 to 4 pearls on newer versions, that means is harder to get a lot of pearls, when in earlier versions you can get them easily (Correct me if i'm wrong)

All these mods are banned, with Fabric API exception.

So I think those mods aren't allowed.
well, in that case just use an RTA timer only, a mod can retime IGT. But how I said, it's easier work for the mods if you use a IGT timer also
I think timer is not obligatory but recommended, and a RTA timer is fine, but also if you want to make the work easier for the mods, you can put an IGT timer.
Remember, only if you want.
