so the only version that was reverted to 1.2 is the steam version so if you download on epic game, ps5, switch etc its gonna be 1.3 and the red hand skip will work but on steam its 1.2 (which is cool too because you can go OOB and fly to the end of the game on this version lol) but yeah that's what is happening.
yep i tryharded for 2h the nmg categorie when i saw that and got a 4th place run its sad that my luck is bad but livesplit works on 1.3 so its all good
its not even a downgrade you need to do its an upgrade the latest version on steam rn is 1.2 because dev decided to downgrade from 1.3 to 1.2 (and yes it fixes bugs because 1.3 was not well made lol) anyway if a mod could add this to the downgrade guide pls : download_depot 1721470 1721471 1791252873090904500
yo insane run ! i must miss something because i've been basicaly reloading for 1H30 and i did'nt get a single time a seed that allowed me to take the fuses without going down pls help me im losing my mind (still got a 4th place time without but i want to do it)
i said nothing i tested a lot of things and it wont even pause when i pause so good luck lol

Sad livesplit isnt working verywell for me either so idk, guess we have to train while waiting for a fix
yep the devs decided too go back to 1.2 so either you do 1.2 speedruns or you can put this : download_depot 1721470 1721471 1791252873090904500 into the steam console (there is a tutorial in guides) and it will download the 1.3 version in your local files. exemple : c:/program x86/steam/steamapps/content/depot 1721470/windos something/poppy something like that lol anyway gl on your speedruns and have fun :3 (if you need more info ask on discord to me or on the poppy serv)
