Hi, sorry for the late reply but in general for emulator runs for any speedrun, regardless of the game fast forward/speedup and quick save/load or save state, load states tends to not be allowed since you can't do that if you're playing on a console or handheld. It was never added as a rule because that's just a general guideline for emulator runs on speedrun.com but if needed I can add a ruling stating as such for clarification purposes.

I'm indifferent. I feel like a lot more people would prefer to run on emulator but at the same time I can also understand speedrun communities frowning on emulator being first because of loading times, etc. Overall I'm happy with the split on the leaderboards and think it was a good decision.

Hi I'm requesting to have myself and https://www.speedrun.com/user/Tagerplayer to be a moderator for Duel Masters. Reason being my Duel Masters run was submitted in early April as shown here: https://www.speedrun.com/Duel_Masters/run/m7p477wm and the one and only moderator has not responded to me. I would like to make Tagerplayer a moderator as well because he is a friend of mine that plans on doing a run in the future and I don't feel comfortable verifying my own run. So I wanted to continue doing runs of this game but I'm not sure how to configure everything. I read the new rules stating that gambatte must be used for emulator runs. It says I need to configure a bios image. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
