as they stand now ghosts should not be allowed, boosts are frequently incorrect & wisps sometimes apply incorrectly on replays

Due to the unexpected announcement that the Hatsune Miku Festival will begin on the same day we initially intended to open the leaderboards, we have made the decision to delay the opening until right after the event ends. This is so we can all have time to enjoy it on our own and grind for the rewards.
