Hm there seems to be a glitch with this method. When you complete one level of the tweezers, the next tweezer levels dont have enemies. Maybe virtual windows or dosbox is preffered, need to check them out.

Although the game installer is 16-bit, the actual game is 32-bit. The only way to play it is to use an alternate installer:

Setting up the game with an alternate installer[citation needed]

1. Somewhere on the computer (ex. the Desktop), create a new folder called "SETUP".
2. Copy the contents of the Operation CD and paste them into the folder that was created before.
3. When everything has finished copying, go into the setup folder and delete the SETUP.EXEfile.
4. Download the generic 32-bit installer and add it to the folder.
5. Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions.
6. Once the installer has finished, go to the installation folder and run the Operation.exe file to play the game.

I can confirm that this works on Win10 64bit and I look forward to playing this!!
