I wouldn't recommend using emu on PS2 how you've described it.
You could just continue on emulator, iirc it's not too big a deal for ctr. Another alternative would be soft modding your PS2 to run burned discs (there should be a lot of how-to videos on the internet).

That is a quote from the ruleset for NG+ (If you're unaware pocketstation is JP exclusive)
As for the 100% thing, I can happily agree that it's an arbitrary requirement, but the community was happy with it and it limits the possibility of cheating being done. I think you should realise how arbitrary 100% is for fm to begin with.

I am very DISAPPOINTED in the recent actions of the playforia community. I have recently had a run removed for a very arbitrary reason. First let's have a look at the rules:
"Timing starts when the 2nd player joins the lobby. Timing ends when both balls enter the hole in the 10th track.
Set the number of tracks to "10", the track type to "only hole-in-one", when ball goes in water to "back to start" and ball collision "on".
Skipping tracks is banned."
Me and F1 followed every rule... The rules do not state that stroking out is banned or that your stroke out limit has to be 20. It just says 'Skipping tracks is banned' which we didn't do. Please verify our run now.
I have added this rule to all the categories and made it clear that all segments of a 100% run must be streamed and highlighted or saved elsewhere for view.
I think the only 2 that should be added at this point are for Spyro 1, and they should be Cheat% and Vortex%
Not to say I am opposed to adding more, those are just the only ones I personally care to see on the leaderboards.
I would like to nominate myself for the mod role. I've been around in the community for a fairly long time and have a great knowledge of fm, also im pretty much always on srcom. I also consider myself to at least know of all of the community and am acquainted with the majority.
I appreciate what Mergy is now doing and I truly do apologise if he is telling the truth.
