So i saw in the Category Extensions that there are runs for Spring Breeze only. Rules?

i sorta have trouble recording the game in windowed mode. theres this movie saving thing in bizhawk, but idk how the hell to actually view the movie when i save it bc its in some sort of .bk2 format. so, is running the game in fullscreen mode (i use geforce experience to record) allowed?
