Maybe if you didn't delete your posts every time someone responds you could figure it out. Go through the doors in the correct pattern. The door you go through isn't the door you will appear at, it doesn't matter.
Maze Skip/Fast Maze is one of the more advanced tricks in the game since it's pure movement. It's not recommended for any non-top player. But since these questions are more related to movement in general, it's good that they're answered.
1: I somehow slowdown somewhere like between 300-420 (even having mouse wheel binded and capping at 100 FPS) 3: When I dodge jump after making first dodge jump. I randomly get 333 speed cap or maybe even lower
These 2 are most likely related. This game has something which we call "Bhop Cap" or "speed cap." What it does is that it limits your speed when jumping. If you jump with speed greater than 510 it will be automatically set to 331. So, your dodge jump is too fast, meaning the delay between your dodge and jump is too little, making you jump with speed higher than 510. We have a console command: "rs_bhop_cap," which enables/disables this cap, and categories to separate playing with and without it.
2:I get delays when i turn to the side
I don't understand this, tbh. But, I believe you're turning too quickly. There is a limit to how fast you can strafe in the air. Turn too fast and you lose speed. Keep in mind this game has mouse acceleration, so that might be affecting you as well.
You could try doing it looking straight down. The other typical commands that improve FPS don't really affect c_lake. You could try launching the game as administrator - don't forget to also launch OBS as admin if you do this.

you can do "fps_max x" in console and change it to whatever number you like (not over 100). but this is not recommended because it will make it overall worse since the game updates with every frame and doesn't use a tick system like modern games

Also, I recommend saving before the subway parkour part).
check that vsync is turned off on your nvidia control panel/amd software
try turning off water shader and all other advanced settings except the final 3
if you're talking about having livesplit on the screen while playing fullscreen, you can't. the only way to have livesplit on screen is to play windowed and have it on the side, assuming you don't have a 2nd monitor. alternatively, you can use livesplit sounds to see if you're ahead/behind
