Since the world record is impossible to get due to there being no magic carpet in the new game, I am gonna add legacy and current game variables so the world record can still be obtained

Hi, I am confused about the any% rules. The user and moderator of this game, @Baking_cOokie, holds the world record for any% at 31 seconds. However, his/her run is not different from a 100% run as he/she collects all coins and keys just like 100%. Could someone please explain to me how that run is different or does baking_cookie just want a free wr?
