no easy method for lighthouse clip, I use minimizing (grabbing top of window) while jumping into door to make it more consistent you just have to learn timing that works for you. I'm not sure if you mean the normal high jump I use through out the game or the lighthouse plank jump so I'll answer both. Highest jump you can do uses the "turn around on crouch" option in the settings, once you enable it trigger the crouch by turning around and then jump right after. For the plank jump you slide down wall onto plank in correct position and it will launch you, you don't have to use any inputs after initiating the slide if you are in the correct place, this trick can take a few tries to get to work.

We just slide down on that plank and pray, we haven’t found a way to make it consistent yet

There is a setting to turn on turnaround on crouch then you jump once you crouch
