During a scuffed wrong warp attempt on 7-1, an empty green block appears 😵

Not sure if this is well known or similar to other glitches. Not really speedrun related but thought it was funny. Speculating this is caused by taking the pipe down at the moment that the koopa shell hits the block above on the same relative position, somewhat similar to other green sprite glitches.
