Swedenthe framerate quality was good enough in the 2:29 you submitted so maybe continue using the same recording software as in that run
it was some a.i generated response with a suspicious link, even seems like a site moderator intervened lol
The faststart mod is enabled and configured to [1.0s] which you can see in the bottom right corner at the start. This automatically adds 5 seconds to the run, since the pot animation is 6 seconds.

If you're on the latest version you do not lose time if you watch the credits, there is no difference whether you spam spacebar or not.

The time spent in settings or while paused does not count towards the final time, but you are still not allowed to pause during a speedrun you submit here.
