Found this in my confusion, but have figured it out. The .rar needs to be extracted with winrar or whatever. Been a million years and totally forgot that was a thing. Windows kept suggesting VLC to open it which of course didn't work. So inside should be a .bps. The .z64+.bps can be patched together.
