i feel like there should just be no skips and any skips, minor skips seems like too many categories and kinda irrelevant if we already have any skips

we need a revival.

shiftlock does not move your character or your character's hitbox at all. shifting before moving does not have any movement or speedrun advantages either, making this rule seem pointless. I believe this makes it unfair to runs that used shiftlock before they moved, as they lost time off of their run for no reason.
