For the NAD category Ice Sheet replaces Sea Ice because of the lack of ancient danger. Please correct me if I am mistaken but the same should apply for Devilstrand Harvest (?) due to the fact that the only available growing method on Sea Ice is hydroponics and quoting from the wiki "The following plants can be grown in hydroponics basins: Cotton plant, Healroot, Hop plant, Potato plant, Psychoid plant, Rice plant, Smokeleaf plant, Strawberry plant". Therefore I dont see a way to actually grow any Devilstrand on Sea Ice.
