Hey, thanks for the fast respons, I would still like there to be a Co Op category for this game if you want to play with a freind and such, and because a Co Op run will allways or can be fastere than a sp run.
We need a Co Op category badly! We have talked about doing a boss rush run, where you do all the bosses including the 2 penguin bosses. We also talked about the IL runs, only being the mission where you do the dungeon part, and it should be new game + rules, cause it is hard to deside, if a persons gear is the right level for the mission. I have talked to Johnboy about all this, and he said, that he would talk to you, since you are the head mod for this game. So yes I understand if you have not talked togther yet, but i just wanted to know, if we are going to update the rules or not?
I kinda dont want to run this game right now, cause the rules for the runs are not up to date, I was just wondering when it would get updated?
I found a way to dupe items i have to test furthere but will come back if I find a way that it might be usefull
And the same thing is with the Avian run, it also seems like it should be a new game + run, for same reson as b4.
Well then there should maybe be looked into the runs, that we have right now, cuase it is not normal to have 500 Nanowrap Bandage at the Hylotl missions, and neither 2 legendary boomarangs ??? It should maybe be changed to a new game + run, because it is not what you normaly have at that point in the game.
okay you have to go into your files and copy and past this file some where els (if you want to save your univers) C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Starbound\storage\universe, and then delete it. Then you will have a reset univers.
but in the best posible run, you would only have to visit 5 or less planets, where you exclude the starting planet. And in that run you would get your research done with only one planet, and I think that run would be posible with nice RNG.
yep true that might be even bettere !!! or but it is kinda hard to remember all the items that gives research point and there is also some dialog that give research points so if you just a bit off you can talk to people of the settlement
I also just thought a bit more about it, if you find a Glitch settlement then you might be able to skip the cooling epp, so that might still be fastere?
It might also be a good idea, to have the teleport flags with you at all times, so if you should into a random settlement, that you are not needing right now, but will need later. Then you can just put down the flag and come back, but in a perfekt run that should never be needed, but how posible is that perfect run ??
I think that there is a little chance that any settlement will spawn on any planet tho that is not a reliable strat to use for finding specifik settlements im not sure if it is farstere to go to the places that Esther points out or if it is faster to look for them on gentle Stars where no epp is needed
