It all depends on the campaign you are playing. In some cases specific skills are required in order to pull off fast strats, ie. scouting (logistics) in m5 of The Cultist. Otherwise I believe that it's best to go with logistics (less turns reqiured - less time spent watching ai move) and combat skills (attack, leadership, luck) to make quick combat lose less army. Then again, it all depends on the specific campaign and it's best to figure it out by yourself :)
