Hey, should we add milliseconds to the Any% categories? I feel like it might be useful for Olympus or others

Hey, so, I've been thinking about rules too.

• Wouldn't it make sense that winning ultra cricket should be required for the All Levels?

• And in Any% Level 1, winning 3 out of the 5 tournaments too?

I might be wrong on this but at least it makes the runs more interesting!
