Bulk up (or any buff) stacks. Machop is the only pokemon that can have enough wait reduction on their bingos to reach and maintain the max stacks (each use has a separate duration). If evolved the Fighting Wait % bingos get reduced.

The runs were only individual level but I remember at the height of the game's popularity I saw it at 40+ active runners.
