I want to set concrete rules on how the speedruns are done. Where splits stop and start, and if cheats such as "moveto" and e.g. "goto library" should be allowed. I’m voting for banning these cheats, but I want to hear some opinions.

I’ve contacted the current moderator and asked if I can become a moderator too, as it will let me add the rules to the quests and finally change the name to "Panfu.us".

Becoming a moderator would also let us verify all the runs so nobody can cheat, as currently there is no verification process at all.
