Heyo, quick question about the NG Intense category. The rules state that the run must start on a new profile and that time begins once difficulty is selected, however Amped needs to be completed before Intense is unlocked. Do we need to include a run of all bosses on Amped, followed by Intense, or can we use a pre-existing file with Intense unlocked with no skills equipped?

The rules for speedrunning this game confuse me. Firstly, why does it need to be on a new save file? The level doesn't save your progress so starting a new run on the same save file should be fine. Secondly, how do you even speedrun this game if the level is the same length for everyone? It would make more sense for how quickly you can get to a point score but not for how quickly you can beat the level.
