With the introduction of win streaks I'm kinda wondering what is and is not allowed with the win streaks.

There currently is no rule that a brawler to 50 or 100 trophy push must start at a winstreak of 0 (or at least I could not find it) But I assume we want the win streak to start at 0. Or are you allowed to gain a win streak and after that start pushing the brawler you're going to push?
