Nemmy 3 affected by FPS

I don't know if it's RNG. Nemmy always spawns for me after Moon's donuts. I think you can run to the pharmacy and Nemmy should spawn there, but it's slower.

Handgun Only without magnum and shop items: Would be sub 1:20 if i didn't die in RPD

Ok, i tried to do a run without the magnum, but i couldn't kill Nemmy 3. Carlos didn't want do anything with him. I made Nemmy into phase 2, when i was using those electro things, but they were useless, cause they only opened his heart. That's all - the run died.

I did without shop items, but with magnum

I tried only on Standard. I picked up the magnum, cause i guess there's no enough ammo for Nemmy 3, and don't forget about 3 hunters that you must kill.

WhamBam, are you sure about CT Nemesis DA ? I saw reseting DA to 7K only before Flame Nemesis.
