According to the guide it should support it, and I'm supposed to check those boxes. But it won't let me

I was following the guide in the guide tab in here, and I was unable to make the .asl file work. It greyed out start and split with reset (https://ibb.co/3pttJL7). Tried running in admin and without. First time setting up any speed running thing so I'm not sure what to do. Any tips?
