Hello, I moderate a game called Snake VS Block (https://www.speedrun.com/snake_vs_block). It's available on Android and iOS. Can it get a mobile game type tag, please?
Due to Marble Race getting updated, we had to implement a new update to the leaderboard. Levels are now divided into chapters: Pink, Blue, Light Blue, Yellow, Orange, Brown and Dark. Important to mention, we had to get rid of all old categories, except "All Levels" which we decided to keep (it can be found in miscellaneous section). We're sorry to anyone that has lost their runs due to the update but unfortunately there's no way we could archive all former categories.
My rejection reason wasn't supposed to be any sort of offense. I tried to make it nice and informative, sorry if it made you "feel like crap". Anyways, I'm just glad that everything has been solved.
I'm sorry if some leaderboard updates are delayed. I try to add new categories when I see the game getting updated, sometimes I forget. Also, as @Otterstone_Gamer said, there are really more than enough moderators for this game judging from its activity. We understand that frequent leaderboard updates is our duty but remember that we, moderators, have lives, IRL responsibilities and also other games to moderate. Just give us some time, please :)
Alright, thank you. Sadly, PS4 internal recorder doesn't let me record videos that are longer than 1 hour. So streaming runs would indeed be the best option :D
Hey, I want to run this game soon and I was wondering if I can submit a speedrun that is split in parts. Am I allowed to record one run in two or more videos?
Lol, @ doesn't seem to always work for some reason
Huh, I really didn't know that this game is available on PC. My bad, I totally agree that the leaderboard should be separated. Thank you for offering your help @2gethR. Feel free to contact me on Discord if you will have trouble with managing the leaderboard. It's good to have a mod that is a PC player :)
Hi, even though I think 3 moderators is enough, I don't have anything against hiring a new mod but it would be appreciated if you submitted at least one run to the leaderboard. Cheers
50 tiles in 0.1 seconds equals to 500 tps. That's obviously not physically possible for a human.
Hi, a lot of categories have no rules because we don't really require anything. Timing starts at the first frame with no loading screen and ends at the first frame results screen appear. To avoid confusion, we'll add that to the rules. Regarding moderation topic, 3 moderators for a pretty inactive game is more than enough but thanks for your offer.
Yeah, please be patient. I try to verify runs frequently but I don't have much free time on my hands. Also, as mentioned, we're unsure on what is against the rules and what is not so if I see a run and I think there's something wrong, I simply contact other moderators or wait for them to take a look. That's why it may take longer for your run to get verified. Anyway, I had to wait a month for my runs to get verified in some other games, so instead of complaining you should be glad moderators here are active and care about the integrity of leaderboard as opposed to some other people moderating other games. Have a nice day.
Regarding Mobizen, you can only hear the game's audio while recording when you choose to record external sound.
Yeah, if you want to talk about the game with other players or if you have any complaints about the leaderboard or moderatorship, make sure to join :)
Mentioned challenges have been deleted because they indeed are useless.
No worries, I'll run it when I'm done with Fire and Electric :)
Hi, I'm a moderator in 2048 game and I just wanted to say that I never rejected any runs without a proper reason. Only runs I have denied are videos that don't include the ending frame showing the tile. I can agree with the fact that I made a mistake or two because I edited a certain run and changed the time and I was actually wrong. I admit to that, I was always trying to do my best as a moderator, I always looked as precisely as possible at each submitted run but as it turns out I missed something a few times. I'm saying this for a second time that I would never reject runs just because the player submitted it in a wrong time format. I always try to give an understandable rejection reason. I understand if you decide to demote me and Dracaarys, I just wanted to tell you my side of the story.
Highscore tile - a biggest brick you have gotten, highscore - amount of points you got for the single round.
4 frames is the best possible time, Bricks can't move faster than this.
I think it's a decent idea.
