Faster strat for stage 28 (WALTER strat)

This strategy offers a good time save, but can be a little tricky to learn. Luckily, the hardest part comes at the very beginning of the stage, so it’s not the BIGGEST time loss if you fail.

This saved me like 10 seconds but I may have been doing a slow route before.
