After months of lack of motivation, I finally put this together. It's, in my opinion, still very crude, and will probably see some refinement from now on.

Since this game has a LOT of loading screens and the loading times may vary wildly depending on the PC running it, I have taken the decision to update the rules so as to disregard the load times.

However, to allow for accurate timing, I am currently coding an autosplitter for this game that will pause the timer whenever a loading screen starts.

When that tool is finished, the rules shall be updated.
