for country speedruns, there needs to be a good speedrunnable map. USA is a great candidate as it already has players competing and it has a map that is suitable for moving games (A Community USA).

Europe could also be an option, and in the future Canada. Japan would also have a lot of interest I think but not sure if there is a suitable map
