I had a couple runs rejected because I hit multiple categories in one run and I can't find anywhere in the rules that states this isn't allowed. I did an appeal form quite a while ago and haven't heard anything hence why I'm making this forum post. If something like this isn't allowed I would at least like it explicitly stated in the rules. Plus there is an example of this happening on the board before with Aiivan's current Jetpack 2nd place and old 100 coin wr. Thank you

I'm trying to learn the run off of watching the wr video and following it but for some reason I can't get the package with the glass shard to show up. I think I'm following everything exactly the same. Does anyone have a guide/notes I could follow to help learn the run?

Edit: I figured out that I need to make time pass for it to work.

On a separate note I'm using DOSbox and would like to know if there's a way to get my load times down because I currently have very long wait times when entering and exiting areas

I'd like to request being a mod due to the fact that a lot of categories are wanting to be added and ILs made. I'll be able to help and get those ready for everyone and verify runs whenever.

Will runs be accepted if they're from the Switch, the game is only in Japanese on the switch too, so I don't know if there are any text speed differences that would matter.

I would like to add Any% NSC Manipless. Mainly because Pokémon has so many cool glitches that aren't always showcased and the version of this run I've seen I really enjoyed. This is a run I did of this category, obviously not perfectly executed or probably even the best glitches but this is an idea of what I'd like to add. I'm also playing this on the Super Gameboy so i don't expect this video to be used.

Is using a touch screen allowed? I just don't have the mouse precision to do anything well.

What version of the game is everyone using?

I would like there to be a Scott% that allows codes to be used during the run to greatly increase the speed of the run and add availability for many new strategies. I have already completed and uploaded a run for this category if you'd like to check it out.

Can we get a full game blindfolded category?

I would really like to see a 5 star percent. Of course the run starts on a new game and you'll be allowed to use whatever banner you want since the chance doesn't differ between them. Seasonal things like events and primogem codes would be banned since they aren't consistent. The routing for primogems up to pity would be really interesting and difficult to do. Of course there's also the chance of getting a 5 star on your first summon but that would be ridiculously small while the routing up to that still matters for time saves. But many speedruns use rng as a very vital factor. I'd just like you guys to consider it but i think it'd be a very fun and interesting category.

What is a good emulator to use and where can I download the game to emulate?

I probably just haven't searched enough but I'm not sure where to play the game without needing flash

Can we have Crash% for the steam version of the game since the layout is different?

What is that bar that ends up saying max in the bottom left corner and how do I use it? Also are there different difficulty modes? Right before starting a game and it says COM with some Japanese what is the difference between the white, blue, and red?

I would like there to be a 100% category for this that's basically the same as getting Extreme Grand Master. So Adventure mode completed, all levels 100%, and all challenges done. I think it would be a really good addition to this game and if it is added I can easily get a run ready.

Sorry to keep posting here but I got another question. What inputs do you put in to get so many attacks out in a short period because I'm having trouble on the bridge since I can't kill the guy quickly and I know this will continue to be a problem. I tried just watching some of the runs but it all happens to fast for me too recreate.

I can't seem to get the healer glitch to work, i can get the first stop correct but it never gives me the frame of the sticking her hand out right before she opens the door. Does anyone have any tips or tricks to making this consistent? If it matters any, I am using the gold cartridge version of the game.
