check the rules on each leaderboard, it shows the categories down the bottom. but, Any% refers to completions with mistakes, while 100% refers to completions with no mistakes. then you can either run 'levels' refering to individual difficulties, or 'full game' where you run through every difficulty in one sitting adding up the time of each completion.

seems that bringing up a menu (dying or finishing level) fixes it, also I could not unpause the game using esc or p. though you can reset using R without cancelling the bug
