Hey, i saw a post here mentioning how EMUs are allowed, but it was about 7 years old so I wasn't sure if it still held true. I don't have a 3ds capture card but I'm decently interested in running, so I just wondered if EMUS are still allowed or not (azahar for instance).

Sorry if this seems like a dumb question due to the first line of text, I just want to make sure.
