The wrong warp destination depends of your last bonfire. For warping to the Kiln, you need fireling altar as a last bonfire ;)

You must talk to Frampt or Kaathe for put the lordvessel in firelink altar. In any% DSR you don't kill the kings, so you can't meet Kaathe. The only way to put the lordvessel in firelink altar is talking to Frampt.

And the only way to talk with Frampt is : ring the bells (and open the Sen's gate). In other words, Sen's gate skip is allowed in any% in DSR but useless.
