Are the verifications for category extensions going to restart any time soon, or is it just main categories for now?

Hello Neighbor Category Extensions

In case you weren't aware, all run verification has been halted since 2 months ago, for reasons involving certain cheating methods suddenly becoming very accessible. I personally take the large majority of the blame for this taking so long, and I apologize to all runners who've been waiting so patiently.

### The new rules:

A new section was added to the rules called "Cheat Prevention Requirements" which will apply to either the top 10, top 5, top 3, or only top 1 run in each category depending on their Division. **These ONLY apply to PC categories**.

### Divisions:

Divisions are a new label put on each PC category to make verification easier. There are 4 Divisions and they are in descending order. (Division 4 requires Cheat Prevention for only top 1, while Division 1 requires it for top 10 runs.)

While there is a system in place that decides which Division a category ends up in, we can't publicly share the exact details since people will likely look at those instead of the actual stated Division in the rules. (This leads to a circular logic loop which I attempted fixing for days before settling on this.)

You should ALWAYS check a category's rules each time before running it as Divisions may change without any other form of notice, and it's always good to refamiliarize yourself with the rules as a whole. If a Division updates, any run submitted to the category prior to that will still be treated as the Division it was at the time of submission.

### Cheat Prevention Requirements

I've attached a screenshot sample of the new rules, but I highly recommend fully reading through the Game Rules to understand everything. Thank you all once again for your patience!
