Just here to say I also like the idea for this category. The difficulty on which you are playing may also have to be considered when doing a battle run.

I've been getting into speedrunning smb, and I've been playing it on the arcadespot website. Does anyone know if the site uses an acceptable emulator, or whether runs on arcadespot are accepted?
