I think the best way is to use https://somewes.com/frame-count/.

the start frame should be the last frame the black layered circle thing is on the screen before starting to move

the end frame should be the first frame the level after the final level loads in

make sure to check the YouTube vid's fps before starting the retime, you can see it by right-clicking (control-clicking) the video and then clicking on "stats for nerds" and going to the third line and looking at the number after the "@".

this is all I know, I probably retimed horribly on most of my past verifications so I'll maybe be properly retiming every run on here soon!
