I am talking about the Simmer room in Luncheon and the SM64 room in Mushroom. They are not sub-areas, as they do not follow the Cappy talking rule-set. They are still included in the ASA speedrun though. Why?

Like, I know it is recommended to learn DSS when you have a 1:01 I think. Same for the rest, when is it recommended to learn each of them?

I remember that there were like 13 caps, 10 caps, 9 caps, 8 etc. Now there is only 3, 4, 12 and 13. What happened to the rest?
