I might do a 100% run in the future once I learn all the levels and what cars to use for what levels and all that stuff.
This game is not that popular so there really isn't guides and tutorials for stuff that more popular games like Mario 64 have. You are welcome to join the Discord and share any strats/ideas if you like. Best thing to do is watch the world record or start experimenting on stuff on your own. This game is still young in terms of it's speedrunning progression.
@Pat_Speedruns when are you adding an IL leaderboard?
sr4 has no loads, there are some levels that are completely different, and the game is just faster overall. Sr4c has only the 30 levels, OG and better ost, no dimensions, and is just slower due to level design and loads.

do you know how fast runs for this game get verified compared to other communities???? You are very lucky that you are submitting runs for this game at a time where your run can get verified within just 1 hour after submitting. I can immediately tell you're some impatient ass 12 year old with tik-tok brain rot spam in their brain. If you want your run to be verified asap please wait and don't spam on the forums for your run to be verified and wait like everyone else. And also a double L for you for being British.
@michaell I mean yeah but like every single speedrunner of the world uses a timer for their speedruns because they want to see a rough estimate time of what they got.
@piriteme sometimes runners accidently equip the gravity coil because it changes equip spots randomly when entering a level. Equipping the gravity is allowed in cases like this because the runner didn't use it to his advantage to skip over anything. He actually loses time when equipping the gravity coil so this isn't cheating or breaking the rules at all.

We haven't updated the rules but in the discord we agreed by a few mods and community members that the glitch isn't allowed. I have suspicion that this uses an ethernet glitch (unplug your ethernet and then plug back in) which we decided to not allow for speedruns.
Please don't start Forum threads about runs not being verified right after submitting a run 🙏. That is just diabolic to do

The reason I'm saying that it is very demanding is because it is very time consuming to verify runs. First of they have to retime your run because there's a good chance that the person who submitted it put in an inaccurate time. Then they retime it after having to watch the run. On average it takes 2 - 15 minutes depending on the category to verify one run. Now imagine having to do that for hundreds of runs. I know this game isn't as popular with runs submitted but when speedrun 4 was at it's peak being in the top 10 in this site there was so many runs that the mods had to verify and a decent chunk on this game too. It is a time consuming thing to do and people can't be at a very fast rate like a machine.
