Hey folks, I'm considering running DC on my JPN PS2 (90k) and was wondering if it's been considered to seperate EMU from Console runs, as I would imagine the differences between each other wouldn't make it a fair leaderboard (might be wrong however). Perhaps it's not been changed simply to the fact there's not enough runners? Cheers folks, keep up the good work all

Hey dude. I got it sorted now, and it was the change you mentioned buddy. I've just done a NG+ Castle Skip run, but noticed my splits went in front at an early stage, and ended about 1 or 2 splits before final fight. Need to review NG+ Splits and try to fix.

Hey guys. I'm having a nightmare getting the splits to start. I've done the above Swevelord, but still not starting upon game.

Could this be down to having an early access copy (BETA) via Steam?

Resident Evil Marathon is an Annual speedrun event, hosting head to head races, and solo runs. Last year we raised $4,070.00 dollars towards "Save The Children". This year we're going bigger and better. We have five voice actors from the Resident Evil franchise commentating during the event, we have Youtube influencers & Twitch streamers

I only just tried this Gem, changing from Radeon 6800 to Virtual , and tested a few load points where it usually crashes and works fine. Will do a full run shortly / tonight and let you know. Thanks dude

RPD's Resident Evil Marathon will be in Head 2 Head race setting and it will showcase a lot of RE-Games and the games avaliable to submit runs on are these: RE1, RE1 Remake, RE2, RE2 Remake, RE3, RE3 Remake, RE4, RE5, RE7 & RE Code Veronica.

See that you fill out the form correctly with as much info as possible, this will make it easier for us.

You will have to join the Discord before the submission deadline passes, The discord will be the main place for interaction before and during the event.

For Console submission you have to be able to stream through OBS or similar software (xsplit et.c) so sadly we will have to reject any submission streamed directly from Console.

There won't be a limit of submissions per runner but only submissions for up to 4 categories for the same game.

All submissions require your own video. Either your PB-Run or a good run with informative commentary.

Be sure to state your availability as clearly as you can (preferably in BST) in your submission comment. The shorter the availability window are, the harder it is for us to make this work.

Usage of Face Camera is ideally preferred for the run during the marathon. We will take submissions of runs without camera as well but we would like you to use one if you can.

Emulator runs are allowed as long as emulator is not banned. (this means that games that hide emulator from the leaderboard but don't ban them are also allowed)

If you want to add donation incentives for your run we would be more than happy, just be sure to mention it in your submission.

Your Responsibilities: Be prepared, if problems arise please let any of the staff know in good time (DM in Discord to any of the staff members) so we can attend to the issues, act decently (we have no problem with you swearing or anything, just dont be a jerk & refrain from talking politics), keep an eye on the schedule if any changes will occur (also check Discord from time to time for the same reasons), Be ready for your run before the previous one ends.

Zgl - I'm glad that there will be difference categories for base and pro consoles. I had a bug bare with this on Resident Evil 2 :).

Nothing is official until the moderator's review and assess categories for both PC and Console. I believe the leader boards will be open towards the end of the month.

Has anybody on console completed Inferno (no shop upgrades)? I have just completed Nightmare and now looking forward to the next challenge.
