I did a run with this skip, and the game can be done under 15 minutes with it. (Combined with No OoB strats)

Yeah but you can also jump over that door if you get oob on your cell (kinda like all chapters), so you can gain way more time.

I'm not sure but I think this could easily be faster than the actual strat
