To clarify my timing, the first frame is always the one when the level loads in (text appears or it gets black), and the last frame will be the one where the mouse appears (after collecting orb).
The menu-time will be counted as loading time and won't count to the final timing (w/o loads). The cutscenes after some levels (for example hide and seek) count as loading screen as well and won't count to the final timing (w/o loads).
I will be working on a full-length guide for It-Steals speedrunning btw! The video will cover everything from setting up livesplit, the levels and how to play them correctly and also how to submit your run correctly (retiming rules etc). I am also planing on updating the rule-set, just to make everything more clear and prevent issues with retiming or possibly cheating (which I doubt, but could still happen of course).
