why does it have to be a red shell? also add miscellaneous stage hazards (think mud, oil, cones, etc.) to the hazard list

I think the win condition should be once you achieve the King of the bridge achievement, but you also have to beat rocket mode. (it doesn't have an achievement but should, beat it in my casual 100%)
