then again you don't run any% all chapters

May I just quickly ask how to perform the ledge jump just before female ward in any% all chapters, thanks!

I am new to the "all chapters" run and I was just wondering how you perform the skip that takes you straight to the basement after Window Skip, it would be great if someone could explain it to me, thx.
