There is no way to prevent it, this dupe is "50/50" hence not many people do it in runs

There's already a category for speedwalking, it's called "NMG"

As far as i'm aware this is the only way to run the 1.2 version on a 'non physical' copy, but it's pretty tedious to set up:

I'd recommend using a physical copy, it's much easier.

I personally don't see why "any% with some restrictions" should be on the main leaderboard, to me it lacks in game justification and belongs to Category Extensions just like Cutscene% and other made up categories.
