If enough people do monsoon runs then it would make sense to create subcategories for both difficulties, but for now since there are so few runs in total its fine to combine them

Im just a bit confused about the rules in the all artifacts category. I got a mod note saying that i should not submit IGT in this category but the rules clearly states that you are required to do so, have i misunderstood something or is the rules page incorrect?
