So with the new strat that trexonesie discovered, not only should we account for milliseconds, but we probably need some new categories, because I legitimately want to keep running this game!

I would propose (to start) a 100% category (that would require collecting all the power-ups(I would suggest 100% instead of glitch-less, because it's so easy to encounter glitches in this game, lol)) along with the already existing Any% category.

I haven't found any emulators that run this game, but all of the submitted runs are through emulators. Which one are you guys using?
