I want to do some ILs and figured I might as well start with 1-1, so what important glitches/tricks should I know?

I use open emu as my emulator for gba games, but the core of the GBA part is mGBA, the emulator that is allowed for speed running. Would I be able to use open emu then if the core for the GBA games is from mGBA?

Is it a version people can use and is emulators allowed for it?

I posted a run on Flag Fracas multiple players and controllers. the rules say this and I quote

"At least 2 people must be playing on at least 2 Wii Remotes."

and I did so, with my friend, but then the Moderators move it to 1P with this note

"MOD NOTE: Retimed to 4.467 and put into 1P category since 2P is invalid."

but the category specifically says that 2 people must be playing on 2 remotes, which equates to 2P, so unless 2P has a different meaning, what's the deal?

So for this Category, The objective Would Be to Kill a Waddle Dee WITH a copy ability as fast as possible. It could be run on a new or completed save file. Timer would start upon Choosing a level, and end when the Waddle Dee dies. No need to add it, it's just an idea I had.

I want to know if you can speedrun the game with the dolphin emulator. Is the Dolphin emulator allowed?
